Client warrants that they own the appropriate copyrights to content (images, designs, copy, and other creative works) furnished to "JW Displays" for the production of the Client's order. Client further agrees that they will protect "JW Displays" from claims by third parties claiming copyright infringement and pay all legal costs associated with such claims. 

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of this site's owner or its content suppliers and protected by the United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of this site's owner and protected by the U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of this site's owner or its software suppliers and protected by the United States and international copyright laws.

Clients who order from "JW Displays" agree that "JW Displays" may link to their website, publicly display and distribute the client-provided testimonials in all their forms, use copies or extracts from deliverables, display likenesses of current and past employees, and display trademarked client logos and logotype, for the solicitation and marketing of its services.

Clients who contract with "JW Displays" to produce creative work (a "Design") on their behalf are provided with a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publicly display the design in conjunction with the associated items shown on the client's paid invoice. "JW Displays" retains ownership of copyrights associated with all designs created by "JW Displays" and its agents. Some images are being pulled from stock photo sites (freepik.com & iStock). We would like to acknowledge these creative groups for allowing us to use their work.
